The Parliament at Greenbriar, Houston
Remodel of an existing eight unit building in the heart of Greenbriar with the purpose to turn the property into short term rentals. This project required much attention to detail given the building is from the 70’s with no existing drawings available. The overall expectation was to bring this project up to code, with all MEP equipment specified surpassing minimum code requirements.
Project highlights:
Power upgrade from single to 3-phase on site.
Advanced VRF system conditioning all dwelling units simultaneously providing heating and cooling.
Fresh air delivered at neutral temperature to all living spaces.

The Rock in Bonham, Dallas
Multi-family townhome development near Dallas, providing 69 dwelling units fabricated with state of the art metal framing.
Project highlights:
Multi zone VRF system providing cooling or heating on demand per zone.
ERV system providing continuous exhaust and fresh air throughout the dwelling unit.

LLP & AC, Lago Vista
8,000 SQFT warehouse and office space for Lantz Plumbing and Air Conditioning contractors. Two story building for the people who work on the other side of my profession, people who install the equipment. This project provided insight on best construction practices.
Project highlights:
Recirculating hot water loop providing instant hot water delivery.
Dedicated HVAC zones based on occupancy category and building orientation.
Exposed ductwork throughout the warehouse space.
